OK, so I know we can't actually customise themes yet... but it will be possible soon.

If you would like an official Pseudyx Tangler Theme, then please post what you would like here. Give me some ideas and options of what your looking for, ie colours, things you like, the topic the theme will be used on, anything that you think might give me some idea for the design your looking for... eg "well I had this dream where..."

And I'll start putting it together for you, so when we have the ability to cusomise, you will have your custom theme not long after.

yeah, I changed the body font (all font displayed on the page), I could do specific section, but I'm just looking at the source code of the page and playing with everything at the moment

yeah IE7 handles CSS better than previous versions... older versions don't handle CSS very well at all.

I've set their opacity to 50% according to the tangler CSS... but it doesn't seem to override the master files

according to the master CSS files, this should set the opacity to new unread posts to 50%, and take away the back colour from the bost headers:

Even though it isn't  as pretty it serves a very useful purpose.... perhaps you could just change it to a light blue to fit the overall colour scheme ?

true... but I would rather figure out the intricacy's.... I hate not being able to do something.

I know the feeling.... but after you know isn't that enough?... and then you do what works best (ie optimization of everything is impossible - you have to pick and choose which bits get which treatment)

Anyone can modify there forum that way, without the Dev rights... they are only limited to the word limit of the text box. Thats how I started modifying my group, before I got dev permissions.
