How soon are you going to add support for Safari and IE? I know it's difficult to develop for lots of browsers (although you could probably allow Safari people to access the site and it would look fine) but you're obviously going to have customers who simply don't want to do this.

What about making an Adobe AIR Application? You could provide both the Web interface and a slightly faster, smoother, and more clean version with AIR. I think you need to provide previews with movies if you can (you'd have to find a way to automate the process through Apple's trailers if possible).

I would say so. Web 2.0 is a very vague concept, but I would say the use of dynamic content and AJAX technologies put it right there with others. Social networking is certainly not a defining point of Web 2.0
