  Registrations/RSVPs

  If we all like the sound of 14th April then I'll create an Upcoming.org event - perhaps accept registrations there (which is what Sydney did, with 16 responses) - Sydney also set up a page on the wiki which people edited. Sounds a bit clunky, but they got nearly 200 people to do it so it's not impossible and preferable as an option if both are offered.

  Promotion

  Thanks Marty - but we still have the Date & Venue issue to address - but in the meantime let's start collating a list of different mechanisms we can utilise to promote BCC once we have some details locked in. D2.0 and STIRR (I'm unfamiliar with that abbr) will be useful. I also have the old CMMUG list I can use
