I recently received an invite to beta test over at http://www.flowchart.com   The bug fixes related to my feedback in their forum have been positive.  It's an online application that has promise.  I've reveiwed it at http://www.nerdizmo.com , including a screen shot of an organizational chart I created with this program.

If the discussion takes off here at Tangler, I will contact the developers to monitor this topic (as I have already asked them encorporate a more indepth bug tracking program)
