What is that about?

Vaguely reminds me of this piece of javascript i have saved as a bookmark that makes all the pictures on a page fly round and round the page in an oval

(In so much as its computer code, incomprehensible and serves some tpe of obscure purpose)

hehehe.. the separate frames on Tangler make that script look even crazier than usual
