Hmm, freebase looks pretty cool. (isn't it alpha, not even beta yet?)

Hehehehe...the name of this Beta reminds me of a skit Wanda Sykes did

Freebase.com is now in "public alpha".  Anybody in the world can search and
browse the site.  All applications based on the Freebase API have public read
access.

(They are still restricting write access to registered users only.)

This is a great application. One of my favorites currently out. Just a few more developers and this will surely be this next wikipedia.
