If you could provide the content for a news story, and seek another user for the "voice over" report [very generically described]. Would that gain the attention of a market that as of yet does not exist, local journalist/freelance video-grapher's... Ad revenue will be shared with correlation to exposers and your content creation. Do you think their is a growing demand for such a service? And do you think their is an un-tapped market in the form of "freelance video-graphers"?
I think it might be affected by the immediacy of the web these days. I imagine that getting the content together and then producing it might delay the story a tad too long. With twitter and Google, you can get hold of stories within minutes.
I remember that I found out about Benazir Bhutto's assasination (via twitter) about 3 minutes after the news hit the major news sites.
What value does video-news add?
