It's straightforward. When he breaks the segment he's kicking, it falls out, and the remaining segments fall down. (picture a guillotine)
So to get his foot out, just push those segments up. Done. Foot out.

So wait, at this point in the video, what's happening to his leg? It does not look like his leg should be able to fit into that gap unharmed. (in case anyone is confused that's a still image, the buttons will not work)
Could be a false leg.
Pretty good false leg to be able to kick through a wall with it... pretty cheap false leg to be expendable enough to risk breaking it by kicking through a wall.

Exactly! The top part of the fence has fallen down on his leg and the gap is too small to fit a leg through.
Unless there's something very strange going on with perspective....

and the bottom part was just another slab of concrete... I saw no indentation for his leg to go into.
If this was all faked then it would be explainable....

We'll call his leg L, for the sake of it.
SK's screenshot is 1, Deks first one is 2, Deks second is 3.
Boy kicks B, B B B B B (break) falls in.
Notice* C has not moved, nor has it broken away any.
A falls down on top of C, jamming L inbetween...(scream)>end.
*Note the width of L in 3.
*Now note the width of the gap or (A>C - B ) in 1.
*L is NOT fitting in that gap!

Okay, time for the good ol 'distract and evade'
I think I see what dek was saying - his leg is in the gap because he kicked through the wall, and made himself a hole to put his leg in, which then rapidly closed as the top section fell down on his leg. As opposed to squeezing his foot through the minuscule gap in my screenshot.
What I'm saying is that the falling slab appears to have cut his leg into 2 pieces, broken his shin, or given him a severe gash, since the gap between the 2 slabs in my ss is far smaller than the size of his leg, so his leg has to have given way to the falling slab.
Well, flesh is malleable. Just looks like that cos the slabs are pushing down on his leg. I'm sure they're heavy!
Well yeah... but look at width of the gap, doesn't even look like his bones would still be intact.
Ok, we get it. But seeing as there is no way of finding out, short of tracking down the guy who made it and asking him what happened, I guess we'll just have to live with not knowing.
