Blair, love him or hate him you had to admit the man had charisma. Brown... has been known to smile on special occasions. Should have stayed in charge of the money...

My perception is that the UK doesn't even have someone in charge - I don't even know what their PM's name is!? Brown? Who? We hear nothing out of there any more ...

I don't think Blair had charisma....

I think he had a scared little boy look which made everyone feel sorry for him
 

Don't get me wrong. I liked the guy in the early days

In my opinion these would only apply if:-

You are unemployed (or unemployable)

You don't have a pension fund or intend to live long enough to have a pension

You don't pay tax

You have several kids they you can claim allowances for

You don't own a house or a mortgage

You have no savings

You have nothing worth insuring

You have no financial dependencies.

You want to go to university to do Media Studies
