I'd push for giving artists the freedom to draw on all the drab ugly walls we have around the city. And even in the burbs.

anyway, I wrote something about the rules of street/alley art. Basically the artist/graffitti artist won't go over anything that they can't better themselves. Even the kids don't tag over art, they do it on a blank piece of wall or over someone else's tag that they think they can beat.

It's hard to fix cos it's really hard to replicate.

Thus far only a handful of you have voiced the issue, and I haven't gotten much info about it.

The devs and I have looked into it every time anyone mentioned the issue.
