I went to my osteo yesterday, and he put everything in place.

But a while later, my lower back started hurting... I thought a good rest would fix it.

Have pulled up worse today. I can barely move!

My lower back is so borked. Can't sit, can't stand, walking hurts too.

I think its so funny how they (customs) will pay more attention to an empty suitcase, than a full one. They'll tear it apart, xray it, search through the linings for the hidden substances that dont exist lol.
