  I saw the other day that a the good food guide got sued for a review, what's to stop you getting sued, some of the comments about hairdressers would have to be considered libelous? also I dont know if I would be happy to have paid up to be a premium listing on a directory and now find that the rules have changed, ie people can have a go at my business publically.
