Lately, I have noticed that a lot of people onbashing the Doctor Who movie that Fox made, but I really think, considering the circumstances, they should have considered themselves lucky to even have gotten a movie. Had the BBC said no, they would have had to wait until the new series came out for their WHO fix.

People bashed the inside of the Tardis, but I think it looked nice. He was getting older, and probably was not traveling as much, so he made the Tardis like home. The time rotor also was very nice looking. The one in the new series is based off of that one.

What was also cool was at the flick of a switch, the ceiling became a viewer. Now that was awesome!

 

Some of the dials (the star shaped ones) look a little micky mouse. It seems to have tried to be rustic but minimalist too... tough to balance.

I'm not a big fan, but I know Who Rocks.

Well put that time rotor into another console, and I am sold! It seemed like it was ALOT easier to navigate too. You just flipped the date numbers to the time you wanted to go to, and it went to that date.

The inside of that Tardis's console room was also much larger than any of the others.
 

Ive never seen that movie. Is it any good compared to, say, the current series?
