DYSF has the World's most handsome webmaster
Well it looks like the idea is that you simply type your message in the box at the bottom of the page, format it with the format tools and hit"send". As Tangler is pretty cool you can also embed images from the web ( not your p.c.) and video/mp3 -ie youtubes clips etc. etc. and insert hyperlinks with the link tool. As well as smiley tupe icons like this
and this
We can also change or customise the colour scheme etc. etc. Not yet sure if we can embed directly into our page , but it's been only 1/2 an hour gimme a minute...

have tried to download/embed some of some of Young Tom's Clips I found here:
http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=32031452
which I think is a Myspace thing. They don't seem to be compatible with the Youtube embed feature. Does this sound right to Dekrazee1?![]()

Thanks Maestro,
At the moment, the first person to read your note tends to agree with some aspects, but sadly he's already been taking the cholesterol pills since he had that little heart attack ( sod you all who say he 's never had a heart anyway!!!)![]()
And that may have been Dean White's truck . I believe he's generally full of rubbish.;
ps: I may yet be interested in some of those women, I have a good supply of hats!![]()

Last Saturday the Northern Beaches Regional Opens Men's and Women' s Championships were held in reasonable surf at Dee Why. As you all should know by now DYSF's own Isaac Buckley came out on top and won the Open Men's Title ahead of some stiff competition including the Current Australian Open Champion Matt Bemrose and previous Champ' Steve Clements.
DYSF's only regular female surfer is also due for congratulations: Annabel Barrat punched well above her age and weight range to claim her prize for 4th place in the Women's Open.!!!! Congratulations to both for some great surfing and all the best for the State and Aussie Titles!! you can see the bigger picture and read the copy above at: http://dysf.info/gallery/d/419-1/zacregnlsbig.jpg

Welcome to Your New Forum!
Here are a few steps on how to get your forum started and getting the discussion flowing.
Tip: You can open this topic in a new window/tab so you can keep reading while you're taking the steps.
1. Start a few topics.
It's a good way to set the direction of your forum and gives your members a starting point. Try 'Forum Introduction', 'Forum Rules' and 'Introduce Yourself' to kick things off. (Click 'New Topic' in the upper left side of the screen to start topics.)
2. Update your forum details.
They appear on your forum home page. Click on the 'Home' tab, then click on 'Edit Details' in the Manage Your Forum section. Fill in the form and then click 'Save Details'. Make sure your web address is correct so people can get back to your site.
3. Customize your forum's design.
You can change how your forum looks. Go to the 'Home' tab, and this time click on 'Edit Appearance' in the Manage Your Forum section. There are 3 options. (Easy) Pick a template. (Moderate) Click 'Custom Theme' and personalise the colours and background images. (Expert) Click 'Advanced Theme' and customise the CSS. Click 'Save Customization' when you are done.
4. Link to your forum.
On your website and blog, add a big link to your forum so all your visitors can find it. Call it 'Forum' or 'Discussion'. Images and buttons can get more clicks. Remember, if you hide the link, your forum won't grow.
5. Invite people.
You can bring people directly to your forum with an email invite. Click 'Invite Friends' in the top right. Click on the 'Invite by email' tab and put in your friends email addresses.
6. Install the notifier.
There is an optional desktop notifier which will let you know when you get a new message. Download it here: Windows Mac Linux
Enjoy!
P.S. Remember, the more you link to your forum, the easier it will be for people to find it, and the more discussion you'll have.
