The appearance of Facebook? The colour scheme etc??

I don't think they have advanced to making skins and layouts like myspace/LJ..probably something they are working on..I mean they should considering how popular it is now becoming

I think that they seriously need to allow their members to modify, um, at least the profile CSS.. like VIRB does. I'll never support HTML modification. The last thing I wanna see is getting Facebook profiles pervy!

One of the things I like about Facebook is that you can't edit things yourself.  I wouldn't mind some set themes to pick from but seeing some of the mess people make with MySpace and LJ with custom CSS... ugh... that would really put me off the site.

MySpace profiles are messy because of the ability to edit HTML and embed JavaScript. CSS is not faulty in any way. Take a look at VIRB profiles and you'll understand what I'm talkin' about.
