Can I use it with Gmail?

No sorry, it only works with desktop email clients like Outlook and Thunderbird. Good idea though

It could possibly done if you know your way around servers and IP addresses. What you would have to do is run fblocalmail on a machine with an IP that Gmail could see, then add a new external POP3 account pointing to where fblocalmail is running. No guarantees on how secure this would be though, as fblocalmail wasn't designed to be used as a server. So, in theory it is possible, but in practice i wouldn't do it
