Now the whole silly season takes on new fervour
"could join Red Bull"...hmmmm...
Perhaps they will throw that useless Webber out
wonder who mclaren will pick.... hard to pick between nico & heiki.... nico had a good start but kind of faded until recent races... heiki had a shit start but in the end thoroughly embarrassed fisi
i still can't believe ferrari extended massa's contract to 2010... the advantage of being managed by ferrari's head's son... they should pay up his contract and get alonso in there, i'm not the biggest alonso fan but i think everyone can say he's in a class above that crasher (massa)
I think that Massa has begun to show potential. Late bloomer perhaps?
But yeah, I was very surprised at Ferrari signing him on till '10. That's a big statement
Okay, I've been out of it and therefore a bit behind on the big news...
Alonso goes back to Renault!

Oh, the link
We don't want/need the mongrel at Ferrari, even though there have been rumours that Luca di Montezemolo wanted to sign him up for 2009. (hope it's not true)
Yeah, that's what the rumours are...
but Massa has signed a really long term contract, and Kimi has stated he's gonna be with Ferrari till the end of his career, so I think that's just pure speculation.
Frankly I think Ferrari would think twice after seeing Alonso's trouble with McLaren this year
There isn't a tighter knit team in the paddock
I hope goes back to Renault, he has the same cunning, do-whatever-it-takes mind (that pisses me off) as Flavio
Yeah well it looks like Alonzo is back at Renault and Heiki Kovalinen goes to McLaren, which pushes Pedro de la Rosa back to test driver.
I agree that Alonzo and Flavio are two of a kind. (never had time for either of them).
Poor de la Rosa. I'd leave McLaren if I were him
Also agree abt Flavio. Bleh
Kovalinen? That's interesting... I wonder what he can do in a fast car...
He's not too bad from what I saw this year
Kept outpacing Fisi didn't he?
yeah, he also beat Michael at a friendly race earlier this year in a Ferrari 360.
Oh yeah! I forgot that!
So maybe it's a good move for him.
I'm sure it is... He's just starting his career.... but then, so is Lewis. Don't expect to win championships as number 2.
It's a better move than Alonso's at any rate IMO
Yeah, Mclaren has a much larger budget.
