The Suzuka circuit has a figure eight configuration where the back straight passes over the front section via an overpass..

The race begins in a clockwise manner and then becomes anticlockwise and back again...(at the overpass)..

The white dot on the right is the start finish line....

It was designed in 1962 by a Dutchman called John (Hans) Heugenholtz, who designed a number of other tracks one of the best known of them being the track at Hockenheim in Germany..

Maybe gently fry the mushrooms in a little butter/oil (keep warm), then Butterfly the prawns and add some chopped garlic (and or chilli) to the pan and cently cook the prawns till they turn pinish and serve with a rocket/watercress type salad...
