Is there a way to control who posts on a public forum? I want to create a place for anyone to come to (when they're ready), but am worried about undesirables. Private doesn't allow anonymous lurking/joining, and public is a free-for-all - I don't want to spend my day deleting messages from a particular user who doesn't get the hint! Tips?

Someone theft my friend's profile information & picture then create an account with that information badly(i cann't explain it in language). So she(my friend) became harras.  plz help her by deleting that ID. Plz it is a request to you as an Admin. that ID is troche@mig33.com . plz reply.
