Smallest full-keyboard BlackBerry so far aims to capture more of the smartphone market ahead of an assault on the sector by Apple’s iPhone
Nah, it is too much of a road warrior tool and not enough of a cool toy. The phone that might be more of a threat to Apple's iPhone though is the Nokia N95. Just got one, and it is an amazing little device. A 5 mega-pixel autofocus camera with Carl Zeiss lens; media player; 640x480 30fps video recording; HSDPA + WiFi connectivity; comprehensive Bluetooth support, including iSync over bt that the iPhone is rumoured to not support; GPS navigation built in, complete with spoken driving directions. All in all a pretty amazing phone in a very small package.
I really like the N95 too... just no qwerty... which for me is a requirement.
I'll wait for the kaiser
The iPhone is still so stunning though, we'll have to see, it's a bit expensive (the iphone).
I think I'll be getting a Nokia N95 when my contract is up for renewal in a couple of months. I've been drooling over it, looks like one of the best Nokia phones for ages..
The N95 does look really good....
Which means that it's probably gonna be outta be out of my price range
Ooohh, I thought I was going to say "nerrr nerrr nee neerr nerrr" to those who scoffed at me getting an 8525 when I should have waited for the iphone.

Apparently iPhone is not delayed. Regardless, I reckon that it will be. And like the iPod, the first ones had issues. I'd wait till version 2. Plus the finger scrolling stuff on the macbook pro's are pretty average, so I don't have faith in them doing it well for a phone.
he he... You'll regret buying that 8525 when you see my iPhone![]()
Going to wait Thursday night.
the last phone I spent $500 on was :gasp: a phone.... the motorola v710.
You really cannot lump the iPhone and the Blackberry Curve into the same category. They are phones geared towards doing two entirely different things. I love my Blackberries, and my iPhone is okay. There is currently more out there for the Blackberry than there is for the iPhone.
My Blackberry handles my e-mails perfectly. The iPhone still needs work in that area. I love them both, but they each serve separate purposes.
Nice to have both. Do you carry two around? Or just take the iphone when you go shopping for a new handbag?
