cuz its not enough they permanently archive all communications in: email, chat, voip; record all searches and use of software; track everyone you ever contact with the aforementioned and now myspace.... you can fork over your calendar, and phone contact list, allow them to save every voice conversation ever!

The reports I've read have said the phone is not nearly as "breakthrouh" as the iPhone in interface. It still uses the old phone model, perhaps similar to a Blackberry or Treo. But, if Google could get some incredible designers to create a seamless experience with their web applications, it could be very interesting.

Google and a hardware device? I seriously doubt it. They just have so little experience making consumer devices like this. They aren't Apple.
