There are other places to get PCs that are cheaper, better or more customisable (just not better at all 3 at once)

But if only one or two of those really matters to you then you can do better than Dell (there might be places better at all 3, I just didnt want to commit to that statement in case of people asking for the address of such a place)

Yes but if you buy them from the UK which I did you get an excellent laptop with Irish build quality. You cant say fairer than that!
