Your first-hand experience,
or from some people you know.
This is a true story happened to myself many years ago.
In Thailand, every boys have to study military service where they go camping and be trained by real soldiers. Military students have to spend a week in military camp located on a mountain in the middle of nowhere. What we knew was this place was a battle field at the time of world war II.
Many years ago, I also had to join this military thing.
There was one dark night, around 2-3AM, a friend of mine asked me to accompany him to the toilet located around 100meters away from our tent. This crapy toilet looked more like a sh*t hole than a toilet. It didnt have roof, and without any light. In fact, its wall was only our waist height and it have only 3 sides, no door. Yeah, it was an open-air toilet .
I stood next to this toilet where my friend was crouching (squating) preparing to bomb. I could even see his head moving. My friend started to do his business. It was terribly dark, cold, and silent. We tried to break the silence by talking to each other all along. At that moment, we both knew that we were very frightened because of the haunting surroundings. Dogs howled and tiny insect screamed beside my ears. I cant help looking around and what i saw was nobody. Only me and my friend. I wished he finish his mission very quickly so that we run back to our tent. A moment later, he wiped his bottom and get dress......
HELP!!!!!
I CANT GET UP!!!!
SOMEONE IS PULLING ME!!!!! HELP!!!!!
My heart fell onto the ground. "Gosh! here it comes? Ghost stories I have been hearing since i was a kid finally happen to me?", I thought to myself. I wanted to run away, to anywhere but this place, but i couldnt move my leg, even a step. I heard crying, yes, it was my friend. "Please help me, I cant move, dont leave me here, ghost is holding me", I could feel horrible fear in his voice,
and in my mind too...
I decided to break into the toilet, in fact, it was merely breaking in because there was no door. I pulled him up and dragged him out of it.....
I dont know how many meters i dragged him on the ground. What i thought at that moment was only I must get away from that haunted place, "This guy cant even stand on his feet now", I kept telling myself. A few breathes later, I didnt know why, althought i knew I could not take what I expected to see, I looked back at him.....
F*CKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"You F*CKING A**HOLE!!! You put your f*cking shirt button into your f*cking pants buttonhole. That's why you cant get up, you f*ucking idiot!!!!
You almost killed me, damn you, moron!!!!
Next time you just get up before you get dress!!!
I won't ever peek your D*ck, you dumb!!"
And that was the clostest to ghost experience for me.
Have you ever experienced ghost?
hahahahaahah
Oh dear....
*wiping tears from eyes*
Meanwhile, check out this group: Ghost stories
But beware.... some bad humour awaits![]()
OMG!!! That's hysterical!!!
Unfortunately zryxy, I don't have any ghost stories - serious or silly!!!
The movie yes. The apparition no!
I didn't believe in ghosts until last Saturday, when I had to drop into the office to get my tool box which was left there the previous day. To do this I have to cross the Gateway Bridge and return. I knew I needed some petrol but my mental calc's were in my favour to get back near home and fill up. Needless to say I got the calcs wrong by about 20 metres. At least that's how far I was from the apex of the bridge when the Landy conked out. I threw it into second and started the seemingly endless 20 metre journey on the starter motor. If I could reach the top I would be able to roll it home free. All of a sudden there was an eerie wind followed by a spooky chill and the Landy fired. We decided a ghost must have channeled a few drops of unleaded from the the supernatural petrol bowser, enough at least to get to the Mobil about 1 km away.
Either that or the pickup in the fuel tank was unable to draw fuel based on the combined effects of the incline angle and the vehicles speed forcing the fuel towards the back of the tank. The lack of fuel may also have played a part in the equation.
Wow you have really analyzed this I would have been just happy the the car gods were on my side![]()
Analysis aside, I was very pleased with the outcome. The Gateway is a bridge you just don't want to stop on. Other than 80m straight down, there is nowhere to hide.
well glad it all turned out well for ya
Hahahaha!!!!! Man, you almost killed me! Lucky you that I'm still alive or I'd certainly become a ghost and kill you!
Jokes aside, has anybody ever tried to think seriously on this matter? My question is: How can millions of people around the world be wrong who are found talkin' about real ghost experiences?
That's just a question.
I believe people see what they need to see to make them feel better about their existence here on earth and their need to believe in something after this life no matter how scary that is but thats just my opinion
Umm.. personally, I've a feeling that there is certainly something invisible present with us, around us. We just can't see it. I won't call it 'ghost' because when I can't see it, there is no way I'm gonna give it a name.
I've a bad habit. i.e., to walk in the night.. call it a 'night walk' if you want to. I stay up all night for god knows what reasons. I don't know the reason so don't ask me. :p I have always wondered why the hell dogs start crying in a damn weird way when the clock crosses 1 AM. Normally, I go out without caring about anything, no matter if it's 12 AM or 2 AM but sometimes, I just can't avoid the feeling that something is around me... particularly, when familiar dogs start barking/crying in a weird way. I always ask to myself that why do I see fear in their eyes?
All these things fill my mind with too many questions that are scientific. Dogs can hear something that we humans can't. Sometimes, when I'm walking outside after 1 AM, a time when almost everybody is sleeping over here in my city, I find any particular tree going crazy. What's this? If it's because of breeze, why the hell is that only tree going out of control while other trees are calm?
There are too many questions like this in my mind. Once I asked my room mate one or two questions like this ( in early 2003, I guess) and you could see his face! LOL.
I once had this amazing sexual experience. It was pretty important to me, a key part of my life.
I was working on farm and my duties had me.....
Oh, I'm sorry. My mistake. I misread the topic heading. I thought it said goat, not ghost.
LOL!
"Jokes aside, has anybody ever tried to think seriously on this matter? My question is: How can millions of people around the world be wrong who are found talkin' about real ghost experiences?"
Because of collective belief. Billions of people believe in different gods. Assuming there is one (and I don't) they can't all be so right. We want to believe there is something "other" or "after" and have done so for millennia, it's ingrained in our cultures.
