Okay people seem to be enjoying the 10x stuff so I will keep them going!

This is one that I think we have all thought about: What is your top 10 favorite dishes or meals?

 

1. Grilled Pork Porterhouse with Brown Sugar Glazed Sweet Potatoes, Toasted Pecans and Caramelized Onion Reduction Sauce.  White Wine dessert: Chocolate Souffle
2. Porterhouse Steak. Medium Rare. Red Wine, dinner followed by Port and Cheese
3. New Mexican spice rubbed pork tenderoin with Bourbon-Ancho Chile Sauce + Sweet Potato Tamale with Crushed Pecan Butter.  White Wine.
4. Appetizer: Crabmeat Cheesecake(Baked in a pecan crust with a wild mushroom sauté and Creole lemon meunière sauce) entree:  Duck topped with fois gras.  White Wine.  dessert: Creme Brulee (custard topped with caramelized sugar)
   
5. New York steak, medium rare, topped with chopped Pecans and crumbled goat cheese, and accompanied with a red wind and herb reduction.  Mushrooms. Garlic mashed potato. Red Wine
6. Chicken Vindaloo.  Raita.  Naan. Water to drink.
   
7. Pit smoked St. Louis style spareribs slathered in BBQ sauce, fire cracker green beans with bacon, corn bread muffins, corn-on-the-cob, Garlic Red-skin mashed potato.  Beer.
8. Chicago Style Deep Dish double crusted Stuffed Pizza -- (Pepperoni and Garlic) Beer
9. Black Angus Hamburger topped with sautéed onions and crumbled blue cheese on a kaiser roll with french fries.  Beer
10. Appetizer:Cha Gio(Crisp spring rolls of shrimp, pork, & asian mushrooms, with chili lime dipping sauce)  entree:  ga xao xa ot (Wok-seared lemongrass chicken over portobello mushrooms, with a basil chili sauce)  followed by:  Vietnamese coffee

2. Fried rice (ALL types)
3. Pasta
4. Pizza
5. Deserts
6. Dumplings (All cuisines)
7. Noodles (I think all types)

At number 11 for me: Peanut butter sandwich.... off to that now!

Indeed. Its a food that never wants praise, just tasty, simple food.

Agreed, any food is better when its between 2 pieces of bread

Heh.... not when it's all you have for lunch and you're SO SICK OF EM!

Not necessarily in any order:

1. Cheese

2. Pasta and bolognaise

3. Pizza

4. Steak

5. Sushi

6. Cheesecake

7. Fish and chips

8. Smoked salmon (preferably with scrambled eggs)

9. Gammon with pineapple and fried egg

10. Roast beef dinner with all the trimmings
 

hehe, Draigwen, you have a lot in common with my dad (apart from the pasta, sushi, and to a lesser extent pizza)

1. Flank Steak bloody with hollandaise sauce  and grilled portabella mushrooms

2. Everything bagel with philly cream cheese and smoked salmon layered on top

3. Sushi!!!

5. Philly cheese stake

6. pork chops stuffed with my mom's stuffing and baked in BBQ sauce

7. A nice thick chicken burrito stuffed with tons of guacamole, spicy salsa, sour cream, and cheese!

8. Thai Red Chicken Curry

9. Thanksgiving dinner

10. Leg of lamb roasted with garlic and herbs, with a little bit of mint jelly and roasted carrots and potatoes

Okay now I am uber hungry and I just had breakfast!!!
