Can the entire episode "The Mysterious Voyage of Homer" count as a moment? I love that episode above all others 

If I had to pick a moment from it.. maybe when the tortoise Homer's meant to follow is going really slowly; "c'mon.. c'mon.. when I am kicking you it means hurry up" *big kick* *tortoise goes flying*

Closely followed by what happened right after that, when he catches up and sees it pointing towards a little pyramid, which grows massive as he's about to step onto it; "this is because I kicked you isn't it" *tortoise nods*.

That was 2! Or maybe 3. Or was it 1 with a breakdown. Oh well....

It was 1, with a runner up, but they're both so close together that with a looser definition of moment I could have strung them together into one 

The one that makes me laugh and laugh when every I think about it is the Mr Plow episode when they are watching the video at the car show of the Russian car and the gear stick has strange symbols on it and the passenger yells

"PUT IT IN H, PUT IT IN H!"
 

There probably are quotes/moments that make me laugh more than the ones I mentioned.. but I'm damned if I can remember anything specific

So I'll probably want to agree with most of the things that other people say... I'll try to limit myself to one "me too" per several people though 

Me thinks this calls for some YouTubing

There is an episode, the name is unknown to me and it's a more recent one, where Homer is at home clearing out the spiders from the garage while the rest of the family are out in the car. As usual Homer gets into mishaps and ends up lying on the floor, legs and torso in the drive way, with the automatic garage door repeatedly coming down on his neck. As this happens the car , with Marge and the kids in, pulls in to the drive and Bart turns to Lisa and says "It's time to open the envelope I gave you" she does and she finds a hand drawn picture of Homer lying in the drive way with the garage door on his neck and written at the bottom are the words"Some day this WILL happen"
