Here's a hint:

Morgan???
Yesh! Got it in one!
Here's proof -

She wrote that on our whiteboard ^^
Great, well that solves the packing of the booze for Morgan...
LOL! Yeah... guess it does!
I was so surprised when she handed it to me. How sweet
That bottle looks much nicer than the 2litre coke bottle mine came in...![]()
Wer'e gonna miss Morgan's cheery posts every day..![]()
Yeah...
But she'll be back soon!
Hi there Morgan K. Very sorry to have missed you. Gather you're heading back to the Big Wet. Mind you, seems you don't have to leave Sydney for that.

Wow.. that's a cool photo!
Yay, torrential rain!
can we have a 'solved' in the title...i'm quite sure someone has guessed it...![]()
is that all it takes to get into Tangler HQ....a bottle of alcohol?
And your Imaginaaaaaaation!
second shot to the right, straight on 'till morning.
(I wear my sunglasses at night so no one can see my bloodshot eyes
)
Actually, it takes less.... you just need to say 'I'll see ya there!'
eh DJ?
Yep Alex wet and rainy since I've got here! And stinking hot too!! It's so humid, its like living in a sauna... I'm slowly getting used to it, but I'm attracted to the air-conditioned places like a fish to water... I'm spending so much money, but only because I'm taking refuge in shops and supermarkets ![]()
Btw Morgan, we've had perfect weather since you left![]()
Dek - I took the rain with me! Still hasn't stopped!
OH NO!
It's been lovely over here. Poor you!
More like 'Pour you!'?
C'mon.... anyone with me?
Not even the crickets?
hahahah
Terrible...
We had another visitor today!

Isn't she a darling?
I could do with a visitor like that for every lunch break!![]()
Jemby (that's her name) got very comfy

Aaaaawwwwwww........
(did she bring a bottle too?)
...I've also just realised that you have the same carpet in your office as we do in ours...hmm
LOL!
I must the the cheapest generic one they sell....
And no, she didn't bring a bottle, you'll always have that distinction![]()
![]()
Is that your friends dog, the one with the secret-society-chickens?
HAHAHAHAHA
Yes, same friend.
Nice sleuthing skillz!
It's what I do best ![]()
![]()
so.....they didn't bring the chickens in as well? ![]()
are you sure Jemby is getting comfy? it looks like she's just caught a whiff of your feet....![]()
or maybe she's just imitating everyone in the office.....
HAHAHAHAHA!!! nice one Sir M ![]()
GRRRrrrrrrrr
I shall teach her to attack you!
hehehe!
judging by those pics, she doesn't look too much of a threat....though i might start carrying treats....just in case...
She'll adore you to death
sounds like a nice way to go ![]()
Yeah great... drowning in dog saliva... loooovely...
No, she doesn't drool or lick.
She'll nuzzle you for cuddles, or flop down and expose her belly for a scratch...
She's perfect!![]()
Hmmm...I likes dogs..
so it's just you that drools in the office? ![]()
I don't drool!!
*hides her pillow*
![]()
I did my first "in-front-of-new-partner" drool last night ![]()
(not that i could control it or anything..)
Well, it's just the first of many in-front-of-new-partner shockers....
LOL... not quite the first, but yes there will be many many more![]()
I'm not entirely sure that it would be appropriate (for me) to visualise your first drool in front of your new partner, or any of the future ones...
So you think about me drooling with all my ex'es?
Nope, that wouldn't be appropriate for me to do either...
Ok... Morgan drooling, no go. Got it
Dek is on the ball and cooking with gas today... yee-haa!
ummm.... I always cook with gas... ??
sounds like AD had been overindulging in something....
hehehehe
I went to Morgans yesterday.
Really? I wasn't there all day... maybe I'd better check around and see if anything's missing ![]()
I only took a potato scallop, a dim sim and some chips.
hehehehe.... Hope you enjoyed 'em ![]()
mmmmmm fried stuff....
Everyone else had the seafood. Honest.
LOL!
mmmm... okay! I'll take your word for it
Been to Scarborough, have we Ruski?
Yes Andro. Fortunately the only oil we saw was in the deep fryer at Morgans. Apparently the rest is all over the front beach on Moreton and Bribie and a bit drifting towards the Sunshine coast. They I'm not sure what Mr Springboard had in mind when he was suggesting the authorities reacted slowly. I'm not certain what effect any oil dispersants would have in 4 - 6 metre swells and 40 knot winds, be they dropped from the air or otherwise. No one in their right mind would go out in a tropical cyclone ... oil spill or not. Which brings us back to these drongos on board the Pacific Adventurer. I saw some pictures of that piece of shit. It looked like a disaster waiting to happen. and for those who came in late this and this is what I am on about. Swire Shipping's first estimates of 42000 litres was a little short of the actual 230000L that spilt off the coast and and in the bay and now blessing the beaches from (the once untouched) Cape Moreton to as far north as (millionaires row) Marcoola.
Ruski, you're in the UK??
No. Curious though. What gave you that idea?
Scarborough
Didn't think they had names like those in Aust
Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme...(at the fair, that is)![]()
LOL. As well as the usual indiginous names like Wooloongabba, Wooloowin, Indooroopilly, Yerongapilly, Minnippi, Jindalee, Tarragindi, Tingalpa, Toowong and Kangaroo Point etc ... we are blessed with Colonials such as Hamilton, Sherwood, Salisbury, Norman Park, Ascot, Albion, Everton, Ipswich, Somerset etc and we have barely left suburban Brisbane.
LOL Yeah....
I still see Newcastle as an Aussie name. I only found out later it was a place in England first
Don't forget 'Wynnum' (place of the pandanus tree) and 'Kougari' Oval, (home of the seagull)..![]()
Hughenden, Warwick, Brighton, Wivenhoe, and so on......
Newcastle, is where Geordie, (of the Ashes fame) was from....as a matter of fact all people from Newcastle (UK) are called Geordies, whereas a lot of the Newcastle (Aust) people, refer to themselves as Novocastrian's..... Both places had their origns in coal mining...Hence the saying "It's like taking coal to Newcastle", (taling something to where it's not needed)..
Geordie... I miss Geordie...
My dad likes to use that saying, and I always respond - But Dad, there isn't any coal in Newcastle!!
kekeke!
'Cept I didn't know the Aussie Newcastle started off with coal mining too....D'oh!!
The open pits up the Hunter Valley west of Newcastle are pretty impressive ... ie massive. Mind you the Norwich Park pit near Emerald Qld was impressive when it was underwater. There was a picture of the top of a dragline somewhere. I must find it ...
Hahahaha......Yeah Newcastle always had a dark sooty look to all the roofs in those days, there are little coal mining towns dotted all around the district..
Wonder if Geordie is still in Sydney, he was in the army in the old days
Yeh.... maybe I should try and stalk him
I remember him saying something about being at the barracks at Paddington. I could just go camp out there![]()
Yeah, if I remember right, you knew where he was stationed..
Yeah. I recall having that conversation with him
And 'Pigeons ankle' came out to Australia and was living at Capalaba, about a 10 min drive from my place..but then the shit hit the fan at the forum. (so to speak)..
Pige!!!
I liked him too!
Holy crap Ruski!! That's scary!
It was a bit moist there at the time..![]()
There was also DR Jardine. He was a riot. But then he vanished around the time of the second test or just after. Could never work out if he came back as an alias but I would have thought not.
Didn't he get banned and come back and then he left for good?
I'm gonna trawl all the forums around Ashes time. See if I can find anyone around.
No that was someone else masquarading as DR Jardine and he got banned.. as far as I remember DR was going to America at about the time of the New Orleans flood, and that was the last we heard of him..
I recall that also Andro.
Wonder if SBS will be game enough to start a new Ashes forum?
Not much left on the old Ashes sitenow...
Just logged in. First time in years. There's something to be said about keeping the same username and password across the board.
I just tried and I can still log in as 'The breaker'...Probably also as 'The Raven', as that one never got tainted..
I had a covert which varied through Wasim Akram, BJ Mckechnie or The G Train. Can't remember which one I left it at.
HAHAHAHA
I remember you and your funny names!
All the usual suspects ...

A few didn;t make the cut ...

To friends and 'foes', old and new
(I been commemorating St Pat's day
)
Ozzy Ozzer, Beaky, Trevor. Fair to say there was the fair share of fuckwits to colour up the day.
Aww man, I forgot those names
Araluen, from Kerguelen Island..
I think he went to the North Sea oil platforms.. (off Scotland)
Don't remember that name... *thinks*
He was from the Araluen valley somewhere near Orange (NSW), and was a diesel fitter on the French antarctic island of Kerguelen..
Not far from Heard.
Island
Kingdom of the Far King Nowhere
ROFL!
That's the place, He used to chat with Arthur about the cold in the Falklands etc
Apparently we have both visited Grytviken in South Georgia.
