I hike a lot, and hope one day to be able to attempt and AT or other big trail thru hike.
Running keeps me in shape so my hikes are enjoyable and not filled with heavy breathing( unless I bring a loved one
)
I heard about the trail walk/run with dogs on Feb. 9th. What time and where?
The Canine Run/Walk will be on the Foxhaven Trails at 8AM. The start is at the church at the end of Fontaine Rd. Here is the link... just click on the left for directions. It's LOTS of fun and it benefits the SPCA

I like to spend a lot of time out side. Whether it is in the garden, walking in the woods or a 3 day weekend backpack trip.
I also enjoy hitting the gym and some of my faves are the rowing machine and stepmill for aerobic training and then a 45 minute circuit with the free weights. Usually pretty empty at ACAC as the machines with weights and pulleys are more popular.
I play a little tennis , Hike and walk the dog ( long walks usually.)
