I am in the early phases of a total body fitness regimen. besides struggling with motivation I am looking for a little help in putting together a useful but feasible workout program.
I will do some at the gym and some at home with dumbbells and Elastic bands.
There are lots of ways to lift and methods/tools and programs.
Ask the questions you might have and we can work them together.
I have become a fan of the elastic (surgical tubing) bands. Different moves and tension/weights available. Need to find the exercises and muscles to focus on.
