I use several Gmail accounts, Google calendars, GReader, Google Docs and Spreadsheets everyday.

As for me, I use Gmail , Google Reader , iGoogle , Google Calendar , Google Talk , and Google Docs & Spreadsheets on a daily basis.

You can also use Better GReader and Better GCal Firefox add-ons to really optimize your apps.

Gmail, Reader, GTalk, Calendar. I do use Groups too but it is so unlike a Google product - very sub-standard. Yahoo Groups is much better IMO. For the iGoogle functionality I use Netvibes.
