Hi, this is my 1st post and could not find the edit button. I started a  full service web development firm in India 2 years ago  and so far have clients from Elance and RAC. My firm is growing , yes, from initial 3 we are now 25. But i think its time to get a good partner who can outsource steady stream of projects but how to find one? Can you please advise?
