I revisited the death of Princess Diana while watching The Queen. I still find the outpouring of grief and the glorification of her questionable. I did cry when it happened and when I watched the movie but it was the thought of the two boys left without a mother that I was sad about.Posted 13 Feb 07

Was it about her answering the lawyer's negative claims about her? The last I heard, she had been very critical of him and he had threatened to 'expose' her. It's a cast of not very nice characters with dubious motives I reckon.

She is fab hey? I loved her as Jane Tennison in "Prime Suspect".
I also enjoyed The Queen and felt she gave me a good insight in to the type of woman the Queen is. She played it so you really wanted to know which I really liked. That is, there was a level of sensitivity which worked on me and made me empathise with the Queen.

Why are we all still talking about this? Howard Stern's interview on one of the big US shows was appalling. Two words for that family unit - substance abuse.
