  New Videos

  Hey Everyone!

  I've uploaded some new video footage to the Soundtrack section (Soundtrack --> Categories) of infusician.com.  Check it out!  Most of the footage is from Vegas.  It would be great to get some audio tracks for the videos, so go ahead and upload your musical creations.  Should be a fun time - I took some pretty cool "takes" in Sin City.

  Initial Impressions

  What are your initial impressions of Infusician?  Does it seem to be like a one stop place for musicians to collaborate through mixing, jamming, and creating soundtracks?

  Suggestions

  Are you looking at the site in Firefox or Safari?  The content tends to show a lot faster on these browsers than in IE.

  Good point about the sign-up page.

  Ah, yeah, the formmating of the content is pretty plain and simple.  Guess we are striving to make it easily readable for the viewers.  (All the graphical changes for a better looking UI will probably be added later...we're trying to see how people respond to the functionality first).

  Issues

  Yup, we tried to address this in Firefox and Safari.  You'll get the "Additional plugins required" message when you access the Jam Rooms.  In order to access the Jam Rooms, you need to allow an ActiveX file to run and so far, we haven't gotten around fixing this issue in the Firefox and Safari browsers.  For now, the Jam Rooms are accessible through IE.

  If you are still getting the "Additional plugins required" message on the Mix and regular Jam pages (i.e. not the Jam Room pages) and you are able to mouse-over the images to hear 15 second clips, you don't need any other plugins.  Don't know why there's a prompt showing - finnicky browsers.

  Welcome Infuscian!

  Hey Mick!  Yup, we met at a SF New Tech event. How's it going?

   
  We just finished merging all of the releases of the Infusician website and did a soft launch last Friday.  Right now, we are relying on viral marketing of the site.  Hoping that people will take a look at the site, signup, and provide feedback.
