The explosion in Internet TV will break the Internet
I dont think nothing bad is going to happen due online TV. The net estructure is diferent from the past one in both hardware and software. In fact, if i'm watching a moderm online tv at work, i'll get a better signal if others at work are watching same TV signal too. So.. please just watch more online live tv.
