  Problems with Wi-Fi

  We have two Iphones and one connects to wi-fi without any problems however the second Iphone is not connecting to wi-fi.  Furthermore the second Iphone has different IP Address, Subnet Mask and does not show any Router or DNS number like the first Iphone does.

  Is there a way I can manually enter the IP Address, etc. to see if this will allow the second Iphone to connect to Wi-Fi?
