I got the tattoo above on my left forearm a few days ago. It was my first tattoo and so far has been a great experience. 

What does it mean Kevin?

And did it hurt?

It means 'I love you'. My daughter was with me when I got it and she got one that said 'I love you too'. (there is a story behind it) To answer your question about the pain.. I can honestly say 'no'. Every now and then it would feel a bit hot.. but nothing I would rate higher than 1 or 2 out of 10 on the pain scale.
