Should we who are going to be at CiL this year have some kind of meet-up or hanging-out or chatting-up (or other social compound word)?

And is everyone excited about the conference? I'm not! (Except for getting to see all of you, which I'm very excited about.)

I'm all for a meetup of some sort! I am excited too, more to see D.C. and online friends though.

You are not excited, Josh? I feel the same way. I'm excited to do our shtick, and I'm excited to meet lots of people. The conference program is leaving me stone cold, though.

After the unconference last week, the thought of a big conference with sessions that have been set in stone for months, where free wifi is apparently a monetary dealbreaker, excites me not at all. Meeting up with people, having great conversations, sharing ideas--that I'm looking forward to.
