  I love Delete

  Most windows converts hate the two delete buttons. That being one is backwards and one is forwards. Although functionally they are basically the same, some apps take them literally when using them.

  UnAdvanced Mac

  Well safari has more advanced features, but for the most part its very basic. You should extend safari using something called safari stand. Goto http://www.pimpmysafari.com and you should find it on the front page. It is a great little free add-on that gives you a lot of options to change. Don't expect firefox lvl of options though, ff has become pretty bloated and yeah it has some great extensions, most aren't needed.

  Closing the lid on the macbook pro

  I agree, just use both displays. The trouble of trying to just use the external and close the lid is problematic. Though if its that big of a deal, your best bet is to just make the external the primary and dim the mbp's display to 0% and then you wont have to worry about it.

  File Management In Mac Sucks So Much

  Yeah, I found when switching to OSX that filemanagement was great compared to windows. Although I first tried to make the mac work like windows did when viewing files, when I soon found out that it wasnt the best way of handling such interactions. I then switched to a more mac friendly approach and havent looked back frankly. It sucks that by default it doesnt show all thumbnails of what youre looking at, but with a quick option change and youre set. BTW windows doesnt do a very good job either by default.

  Nice, Id like to see its performance on different mac supported gfx cards and what not.

  Playing AVI's on a mac

  I seriously think everyone should check out http://www.Perian.org

   It is by far one of the best codec packs I have used. It has allowed me to play any file type I want in quicktime flawlessly outside of WMV which requires flip4mac of course.
