I was using a little too much RAM (slow compile times) and started to explore a little bit on what processes were doing what.
Interestingly I found that outlook was chewing 200MB+ of ram. Ouch. The culprit? Xobni and the fact they coded it in a VM - ie. .Net.
Hard to spot since the process was effectively masked by Outlook.
I don't really have a point. Other than a general dislike for memory wasting virtual machines on clients.![]()
I had to killed Xobni because of the performance hit I was taking.
