Don't know about this Tangler thing. It's something between a forum and an archived Chat tool. The reason that "Updating..." thing's flashing is that everyone logged in and looking here is immediately updated as soon as I hit the "send" button.

Fast, but it could mean a lot of undisciplined chatter and therefore a lot of *junk* in the window. We probably want more thoughtful discussions.

And what with this big edit window and small message history window? There must be a way to change the sizes.

Oh well, enough experimenting. This only took a half hour to set up so it's not a lot of time lost but there's a lot of exploring to do--as always.
