Got up early, stretched and went up to do my part for the city to surf.

Yep, sore knee. That old chestnut. I did go for my first light jog in the afternoon which was great!

I am proud to say that I participated in the city to surf and was great!!!  Though I was a walker not a runner.  I couldn't believe how many people came out for it!!
