When does mig team select new moderators? & how?
well mostly they select at the end of the year ... well if they like ur record .. they will simply let u know that ur their new moderator .. congratulations ... n stuff like that ..

oh dont worry .. i wont ... mai bhi pagal ho jo yaha par apna dimagh kharab karwa raha ho
... n i used to give chattin aobut 12 hours ... but for the past few months i only give it 1 hour maximum ..
