Can I use mig33 to call 911?

 

I don't think so, but not sure. You can't with Skype.

Mig33 is free for chat not for call.U can call any number if u have mig33 credit.

U can use forgot my password option from ur mobile in mig33 application.Then u receive 1 sms to that number with ur user name and password.then signing.
