yes coz many kicker in mig, charge for kik is try to eliminated multi kicking, may be mig can raise the charge of kik
yeah but it seems multi kickers are not afraid of charges. in maldivies starting kick charge is 0.23MVR is it 1 cent?
This is good for chaters and bad for all multi kickers.
It's better process for stop multi kick.but if charge is 2 cent it's be better.

fact is they want stop multi kicking by charging from u guys,so that they are charging from u, use ur credit for good,calling,sending sms n many more............
