You can imagine what I'm going to say... many mig33 user and other mig33 forum user doing this !! oiling admins !! becoz they believe, if they do this one day they will be ... I don't know... is it the reality ?

bro saqulain26, there might be another reason, and also bro, becoming an admin is a millions of users dream.That user might hardly belives that if he/she continuosly support admins he/she become an admin one day, im 100% sure all the users will do that, even u will do, heheeh,lolz, so bro,let 'em fulfill their dream,leave them alone n let's stat another thing,be a good user, chat nicely

2ndly .. miss hes right ... u guys really need to stop it ..... ur right its everybodies dream to become an admin but that doesnt mean that one should denie the facts n the truth ... u know by oiling or buttering .. u guys r incouraging the adminz to miss use their powers cuz they know most of the users r on their side cuz they think that by oiling adminz they will become adminz 2 ....

saqlain brother...thats also true, sometimes its happening but its very difficult to change his/her personality. That I can see from some of my friends but some multi kickers are now decent chatters. I can see that also. they are not oiling the admins, may be they realize wat they are doing. 

Im also studying cooking, May be I know wats the use of oil  Is here any one intrested to know?

The 2 ways u guys trying to make us down, actually is making us powerfull and perfect day by day.

1. The more you take the faults, the more we correct.

2. Encouragement of our good work, the more we love our work & users.

There is no such things like oiling and boiling when its Metalfist.

metalfist .. i av talked about it b4 .. u just need to read my posts alil carefully ..

metalfist those 1 n 2 points look good in books but in real life their effect is not so much ... not every admin thinks that way .

black-_-mist and metalfist  both are right. for black i know wat u mean,coz i have seen some admin miss used their power lol.,and for metalfist, i hope those admin will act like wat u said lol. some admin just wont admin their fault and then leads them to make more mistake lol

and not everyone wanna be admin to be proud lol.my dream is becoming a mig33 staff lol all not to become admin hehee.but need to start from being an admin lol i try my best to be admin,i wanna work for mig33 lol.,even as a volunteer just wanna get exp.but i am still student lol.,maybe next few years i gonna sit in one of the mig33 office.,
