hey guys i have a question?

i have cell phone Nokia 6120 C i didnt have any problem with it till recntly every time i tried to send picture from mig i got (error 502) .. they told me maybe the memory need to be cleaned i did and i still have the same error ..any body have an answer for me or the same probelm ?
