They think I have no personality![]()
....Amongst other things that bug me here....
And me! of all people! No Personality! and my boss had no hesitation in telling me what he thought of me. I just laughed it off and figured he was just having a bad day, considering he tells me all the time how impressed he is with my work and efficiency.
But yeah... time to go I think. There are too many things here that are bothering me and I'd like to move on.
I've started looking for jobs already - Wish me Luck!!

Good luck!
Why'd he tell you that? Just like that, out of the blue?
yeah.....what were the circumstances?
that's nuts!
go get yourself a good job .....
Yeah, completely out of the blue - and I've been here for 6 months now!
He said it in jest and started making jokes about it - but it wasn't very funny for me.
That's just kinda rude... what an ass
totally rude....
that's not boss behavior.
Exactly.
I've been thinking of getting out for a while, but now it's crunch time![]()
Oh, if anyone knows of anywhere looking to fill a position, I'd be grateful if you let me know!
And sorry bluegirl, I'm not willing to relocate![]()
even if the pay was really good?
Since you're gonna leave, you should complain about him to his seniors. He shouldn't be able to get away with that
yeah......
Yeah I'm gonna do all that stuff after I get another offer
Not much point doing it now - they might boot me if I say anything ![]()
yeah.....
If they do, sue em!
grrrrr
Can't wait to bring them down in the public eye - of course, thats not going to happen - like any corporate company, they are good at cover ups

When you've secured your new job, don't bother putting in your notice, put in a complaint and make heaps of bad noise about it. The chances are that your employer won't want to go through the motions etc... and you'll be in a good position to get an agreement to leave immediately and get your pay for the notice period. I've seen it done so many times, especially with administration/secretarial staff.
...and hope that no-one from the "management" reads this forum...
Yeh, what he said ^^
Sounds like a plan
hey morgan, if you get a new job, does that mean you going to have to do some actual work......instead of pretending?![]()
Oooooooo
Me thinks Sir M is spoiling for a fight!
oh come on........he's just saying what everyone else here is thinking.........
morgan, i love you, but you spend half your time here telling us how much you don't work....when you're at work....
Exactly.
I would love to be busy at work - but the balance has to be just right... I'd hate to neglect you guys![]()
(and Sir M, its true, mouse-over my name - I've even put in in the description!)
