The panel got a chance to talk about what they're reading. Are you reading something good that others will like? Or, please save us some time and tell me what really sucks.
I was already reading "Beautiful Code", so I can second the recommendation for that. I'm also partway thru "Mastering Regular Expressions", which is pretty much what the title says. If you're curious about how regex's work, it's a good read, but so far it hasn't really given me 'mastery' of the subject.
I'm reading Agile Estimation and Planning. I've also been reading The Art of Agile Development, Programming Erlang, and Agile Retrospectives. I can recommend all of them.
