    P.S.  (I'm not spamming)

Just thought this would be a nice little input to this topic! - Certainly gives me a laugh!1

I'm not on Facebook but I agree with the topic title. Unless of course said slow person is courteous enough (and self-aware enough) to move themselves out of my way. It's only the ones who travel in packs, block the whole width of the pavement (or other kind of path or walking-space) and don't notice the rest of us when we try and get past that need rapid attitude re-adjustment through head-punching.

    agreed.

and those who stand around chatting, taking up the whole footpath, and they see you coming, and still don't move!

And those that are walking towards you and see you approach and don't make way Yell

(My dislike of crowds might be a factor in this:P Also why I avoid the city and crowded places)

At school we had a large area of tarmac for standing on, with a gate at one corner where buses dropped people in the morning or where people walked in through. Every day there was always a big crowd of people in that gateway, made up of either people who were waiting to meet friends as they got off of buses/arrived on foot, and little knots of people who had found each other and not moved since.

Annoyed me every day that there was such a big space provided, but so many people chose to stand in the gate, in the way.

Still, it meant that once you got through the crowd at the gate, there was plenty of space, so I didn't complain too loudly

I've never understood how people seem to be so unaware of their surroundings when in a group

hey its the same in supermarkets - especially those mums (I'm afraid to say havent run into any dads) who want to read all the labels and park there shopping trolleys across the whole alleyway  -  and they usually have a young kiddy on board who is eating chips and grinning at you while mum looks at the label  aaahhhhhh

I don't mind those as much as the parents who let their kids wheel the trolleys.... which is fine, until it hit my knees or ankles

Kids should be banned from the grocery store, or have no-children hours so the rest of us could shop in peace.
