  Synchronize not working

  I haven't noticed that problem myself.... but I haven't copied anything new to my omnidrive in over a week....have you tried synchronization to bring the desktop in line with the virtual drive?

  and I'm on the other side of the fence....

  I simply would not keep up to date if that were the only vehicle.

  Error on Publish - url goes to different file

  I just published two jpeg files individually ... in each case I captured the url from the publish diaglog box returned by omnidrive and immediately pasted it to another group in Tangler... each link supplied pointed to someone else's file (same picture was the target) ... I have no idea where they come from or who they are of....

  Any other reports of such errors?

  Usability

  I guess I sould post something here... I've been critical of other products in the feedback groups... but this one I'm at a loss of what to say ... so i'll leep it short and sweet:

  It does what it says it does.  No fuss. No bother. simply a well thought out and effective tool.

  Introduction to Omnidrive

  is anyone from Omnidrive lurking here?  I'm suprised at no response to my post on error on publish... from two days ago.....it seems to me that such an error is pretty serious stuff

  How would/do you use it?

  I only just started using it as a result of being introduced to it here on Tangler...

  I'm using it to transfer work files back and forth between colleagues (work group located in 4 cities separated by about 200 miles north south and 100 miles east west)...

  Oh and using the public file function (you can publish a url to an individual file) to share illustrations here on Tangler discussion groups... including screen snapshots to the gang at Tangler in their feedback group.... very handy...  

  With the combination of Tangler for private group collaboration and a file exchange mechanism built around Omnidrive I think we can greatly increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our own development efforts.
