Nice to see a lot of those little (boring, but annoying) things getting fixed.

Yeh - same treatment with Mac and Windows client coming up.

I think your own forums would be better than tangler...

    2007-07-24 00:57:56.0

and I'm on the other side of the fence....

I simply would not keep up to date if that were the only vehicle.

The question we have asked ourselves is, how do we best support users with limited resources. We used to hande this with live gtalk + bbforum. This spread our support team across two applications and failed to 'load balance' realtime queries. Tangler will give us the accumulated knowledge that a forum gives PLUS the capacity for multiple people to swarm around a user's problem in real time and hopefully fix there problem sooner.

I hope you will give it a try Drazick. Let me know how it goes.

I will give it a try...
But here there is no Sub Forums for specific issues.
Anywho, I wish the best, cause I really like your service.

Is that mean I should remove the GTalk contact?

Hey Drazick - yeh, we won't be on the other end of the line at gTalk anymore. Let's see if we can answer you quicker with Tangler.

    Hello,

I tried the web client on Mac, Windows, and Linux (Ubuntu) - all using Firefox 2.0. I have problem uploading files on Linux and Mac. The "Add a file" link does not work. Basically, nothing happens when I click it. Works fine on Mac if I use Safari. But I would really like it to work in Firefox.

The Advance download link kind of works in all browsers but the Java upload fails to load.
Thus basically, I am unable to upload files on Linux and Mac when using Firefox. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    - npac
